Last few days interesting again.Had a meeting with the Labour Office and HAC as mediator to see if we could iron out our misunderstandings on the hiring process. Think we are getting there but man it is a pain in the .... Luckily it seems we are not the only ones to have an issue when listening to other organisations. Hope to fix this before i leave. In meantime the new pharmacy has been fixed, the office for the TFC area renovated, the work for the revolving doors of the OT not started yet as the material has not arrived yet. Excuse it is overseas as no ships are available. What a laugh and on top always the complaint "We are already losing money of this".Not our problem than you should not sign should you? Still lacking manpower as getting visa for our international staff is a painstaking process. I waited 5 months for coming here so now i know what you go through when in the field and when you are in need of replacements. When i leave the 2 ladies - Caroline and Lara - need to run the project. They are tough and will manage but for the long run not a good proposition. Also working together with Ministry of Health for the handover of the OPD as per 1st January 2009. Luckily the new D-G seems to be experienced, helpfull, resource full and openminded. Hope we can sign on the 14/15 december the agreement.

Dag Hans, alles oke daar, nog een week en dan retour naar brussel en pa en ma, ben nu op mijn werk gaat lekker, erg vies weer hier, de sint is weer weg en de kerst is bijna inzicht, marit geslaagd voor haar rijbewijs, gr albert -

Hoi Hans,
't Is bijna zover . Je zult er wel naar uit zien om te vertrekken. Hier is alles oke, 23 dec. hebben we een gesprek met de orthopeed m.b.t. Jan z'n schouder.Deze week nog veel drukte op school. Kerstfeest en wat zaakjes afronden.
We hopen je weer snel te zien.
