woow i am so happy

since last message a lot has happened. first of all we have to buy water for both the hospital and our base on a weekly basis. 40tons for the hospital and 15 tons for our base. Especially now as the socalled wahdi governor said during a rally that free water should go to the poor people and rich people and organisations should pay for it including us. last week when visting the socalled waterdam had a small argument with one of the other truck drivers. He tried to steal our place in the queue. Do not know they understood my swearing in Dutch but apparently this week everybody talked about the khawadja from ateba bela hedood who jumped on a truck and tried to get the driver out of his seat as he hit their watertruck when trying to get in front. teach them a good lesson. do not think they will try again. als the last two weeks we have been busy in renovating the former female and male ward to become the new delivery room and labour ward. the old delivery room is only 3.5 by 4 mtrs with the new one double the size. surprise they still delivery around 200 babies a month. one of the problems was tha the new delivery room was 20cm lower than the existing drainage pipe lucky the drainage pit itself was deeper.me so lucky. also we had a small sandstorm for a day providing sand during breakfast, lunch and dinner. we also cleaned up the log store at the hospital - which after 6 hours working looked again like a store.
today as the icing on the cake we painted the ungwab outreach clinic and yippie it was only 45 degrees at 11 in the morning. you better make sure you drink a lot but on the other hand the kilos are going. in February i was 85 kilos and now i am 81 so if this goes on in November i will be around 75????
